• The symposium will take place on Wednesday 3 December 2025 (full day), Thursday 4 December 2025 (full day) and Friday 5 December 2025 (until noon).

• On Wednesday 3 December 2025, a dinner will be organized in the evening, for which attendance has to be confirmed in the registration form.

Participation costs / Frais de participation

• Participation is free of charge.

• Catering (lunches and coffee breaks, dinner on 3 December) will be provided, but registration is required for logistical and administrative reasons.

• Please note that the symposium organisation cannot assist in travel and accommodation arrangements, and that these expenses are at the participant’s own cost.
